The exhibition Utrillo Valadon Utter 2019, a family of painters, will take place from 7 July to 4 August 2019 in Bessines-Sur-Gartempe. It is the association "Bessines Inspiration Valadon" which organizes this event. It works to develop culture and tourism in the village of Bessines sur Gartempe. The pictorial art in particular is celebrated there thanks to the child of the country "Suzanne VALADON" native of Bessines on Gartempe in 1865 . The exhibition will be an opportunity to trace the history of a family of artists with exceptional pieces rarely exposed to the general public. Works presented: About thirty paintings of the three painters will be exhibited as well as posters, lithos, books and objects that belonged to Maurice Utrillo. These works are part of prestigious collections: Association Utrillo, County Council of Val d'Oise, Museum of Sannois, Museum of fine arts of Limoges as well as private collectors .Some of these works have been little or not shown to the general public always attracted by the fame of these three artists passed to posterity in the school of Paris.
